 Ingredients:




1lb ground beef
1 1/2 tsp Jump Up &#38; Kiss Me hot sauce
 2 Tbl Cajun Seasoning
Tbl Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbl Dried Parsley
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup skim milk
1 egg
