Cajun Meatballs

 Ingredients:

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1 1/2 tsp Jump Up & Kiss Me hot sauce
  •  2 Tbl Cajun Seasoning
  • Tbl Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbl Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 egg
Cajun Meatball Ingredients

Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup apricot jam

Directions:

  1.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Grease baking sheet with oil or cooking spray
  3. In large bowl combine all ingredients except for the glaze.
  4. Form mixture into golf size balls. Place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until there is no pink left in the middle.
  6. In a small bowl combine glaze ingredients.
  7. Toss meatballs in glaze when they are finished baking.
  8. Serve immediately or keep them warm by putting them in your crock pot on a “keep warm” setting.
