The Fancy Food Show at the Jacob Javitz convention center in New York City is an awesome opportunity to review a variety of specialty treats for your store or restaurant. A team of us went on Sunday looking for new Bar-b-q sauces, rubs, hot sauces, salsa, chocolates, teas, and coffees for Iron Q. We found some old standbys as well as several new candidates.

The show is very well organized. There were a lot of vendors. Several countries and states sent trade delegations to promote products from their region. Your entrance fee provides with an Id card that is easily scanned by the vendors so they can send you more information which relieves you from having to carry arms full of product information.

The show continues until Tuesday (July 1st).
